Structural Frame
Heavy-duty galvanised steel structural frame, designed for repeated relocation, lifting, and stacking loads.
Wall System
Insulated sandwich panel walls (EPS, Rockwool or PU core options) providing thermal insulation and structural rigidity. Thickness: 50mm–100mm.
Roof System
Insulated sandwich panel roofing with a minimum slope for rainwater drainage. Engineered for solar heat resistance and weather protection.
Flooring
Steel deck base with moisture-resistant chipboard or cement board substrate. PVC or vinyl tile finishing as standard.
Interior Partitions
12.5mm gypsum board or insulated panel internal partitions, suitable for subdividing offices and meeting rooms.
Electrical System
Complete internal wiring with LED lighting fixtures, power outlets, switches, and distribution board. Compliant with UAE/IEC electrical standards.
HVAC Provision
Pre-fitted split air-conditioning provision with wall sleeves and structural reinforcement for standard AC units.
